Flour spreading like wild geese,
over Okinawa in the spring morning,
distant clouds of baking powder in the breeze,
beer, corn starch and harmony is dawning.

Pour over the ivory trees of cauliflower,
when the sun of the Fuji mountain,
swim into frying oil,
focus on your breathing and hoisin sauce for an hour,
and the sweet and sour fountain,
not one drop you will spoil.

Flour
Baking powder
Beer
Corn starch
Cauliflower
Frying oil
Hoisin sauce
Sweet and sour sauce

Combine flour, baking powder, beer and corn starch into a batter. Cut cauliflower into florets. Heat frying oil. Dip the florets into the batter and deep fry them. Lift the florets from the frying oil and put them on a sheet of paper to dry. Pour hoisin sauce into a bowl and sweet and sour sauce into another.
